A fresh maintenance coat that refreshes a dulling finish without a full sanding — the smart, affordable way to extend a floor's life.

Walkthrough

We look at the floor together, talk options, and give you a clear, honest quote — no surprises.

Prep & protect

We seal off the work zone and keep the dust contained, so the rest of your home stays clean. (We'll let you know what to clear from the room ahead of time.)

Sand & finish

Multiple sanding passes, optional Bona stain, then premium Bona coats built to wear beautifully for years.

Cleanup & cure

We pull our containment and tidy up, then leave you clear cure times so you know when it's safe to walk on and move things back.

Sanding makes dust — so before we touch a board, we wall off the work zone with plastic and tape, cabinets and all. Your home stays livable while we work, and the cleanup at the end is the easy kind.
